Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

We aim to dispatch all items within 1-2 working days and are shipped from the UK with Royal Mail, please contact us if you need the item for a specific day or if the item is a gift, as we are happy to help with a note or gift wrapping!

UK standard delivery (48 Hours)  £3.99

UK express delivery (24 Hours)  £4.99

UK Orders over £80 will have free shipping.

International orders are calculated on weight, and we do our best to keep costs as low as we can. 

We pre pay the duties for EU and USA orders and this is either calculated on the order total or its added to the total item value. We do not collect Taxes if you city / county collects these.

Your order will arrive recyclable packaging, to limit wastage and unnecessary packaging.

A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent when your order has been shipped.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen goods incurred during return shipping. Return deliveries with unpaid postage will not be accepted.
